  • Possible Complimentary Classes for Certain Activities
    1. Qingjian may offer complimentary classes to purchasers of The Arden for certain activities, as may be listed on the Website. Qingjian reserves the right to plan and / or organize such classes for such activities at its sole discretion. The type of activities and any complimentary classes related thereto shall be at the discretion of Qingjian and may be ceased, suspended, terminated or changed by Qingjian at any time, without reference to you and even if you may have signed up for an activity. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, should Qingjian choose to notify you of any such changes, termination, or suspension, the mode of notification of such changes, termination, or suspension shall be at the sole discretion of Qingjian. For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that you will not hold Qingjian liable for any harm, loss or damage that you or your family members may suffer arising from or related to such activities or classes including your inability to register for or attend any of such classes. You shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the additional terms and conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications and any other requirements issued by Qingjian for such complimentary classes as well as any other terms and conditions of the provider of such activities. You acknowledge that such activities are conducted by third parties unrelated to Qingjian and you agree that any harm, loss or damage suffered by you or your family members, arising from such activities shall be the sole responsibility of such third parties and not Qingjian.
    2. Any offer of complimentary classes for any activity by Qingjian is done out of goodwill and is not guaranteed. Qingjian may not even offer to provide any complimentary classes for any activities. You acknowledge and agree that the complimentary classes do not constitute any inducement or consideration for you to enter into any agreement with Qingjian.
